In the Recovery Elevator Podcast episode 18, Paul interviews Tim Stoddart from Sober Nation who has created an online community of over 200k followers. Sober Nation has been and will continue to be a vital resource for me in recovery. There were times in 2014 when I would lie in bed reading blog posts from Sober Nation in attempts to make it past 2am which was when the gas station nearest to my house could legally no longer serve alcohol. Sometimes, I made it past 2am, and sometimes I didn’t but Sober Nation was always there for me when I needed it the most.

Tim also has a clothing sober line called New Lyfe Clothing,  that promotes sobriety and clean living. I will personally be wearing these shirts and absolutely love the concept of not being ashamed to admit we are living life sober.
